How to get Ukraine ProZorro tender & procurement data
Ukraine runs its public procurement through ProZorro, the country's transparent e-procurement system built on OpenProcurement. Here's how to pull every tender — title, status, category, the buying entity, the awarded supplier(s), values and CPV-coded items — as clean JSON, for reconstruction monitoring, supplier intelligence and B2G research.
Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS)
ProZorro publishes in OCDS — the international open-contracting format covering the full cycle (tender, award, contract). That means buyers, suppliers, values and items come structured consistently, keyed by tender ID and buyer/supplier EDRPOU codes.
What data can you get?
- Tender — title, status, category, procurement method, expected value in UAH, dates.
- Buyer — the procuring entity, with EDRPOU code.
- Supplier(s) — the awarded winner(s), with EDRPOU codes and award amounts.
- Items — line items with CPV classification codes.
- Filters — keyword, category, region, value and date; newest-first.
The easy way (filter & stream)
ProZorro's OpenProcurement API is public, but you have to page the feed and fetch each tender yourself. Instead, the Ukraine ProZorro Tenders scraper on Apify takes your filters and returns structured tender records — no key, no setup, exportable to JSON / CSV / Excel.
Use cases: reconstruction-contract monitoring, supplier & competitor intelligence, B2G market research, bid discovery, and building targeted lists of Ukrainian tenders by region, category & value.
