Honest limits

• Discovery only — note full text, comments, user profiles and keyword search are login-gated and out of scope; the Actor never returns empty content columns it cannot fill.
• A field is null when RedNote didn't carry it for that note — never a placeholder or a guess.
• A run can return nothing if the residential exit hits a login page — rerun (the exit rotates) or switch country.
