YouTube creator leads: public email, links and audience figures, by niche or channel list
The YouTube Channel Email Scraper turns a niche keyword — or your own channel list — into one lead row per channel: the public email and where it was found, the website, link-in-bio and eight social profiles, and the figures that tell you whether a channel is worth writing to — median views of recent uploads, like rate, upload frequency and sponsorship signals. Every address carries its source and a confidence, and only plainly-written public addresses are read. No YouTube API key, no login, no cookies.
Who it's for
- Influencer outreach teams who want active creators with a public email and enough audience data to rank them — not a raw subscriber count.
- Sponsorship sales targeting channels that already run sponsored content, with the brand domains they promote.
- Creator CRMs and marketplaces enriching a channel list with current contacts, links and activity.
- Agencies doing recurring prospecting — new creators only on every weekly run.

How the email is judged
The Actor reads four public places and says which one an address came from, with a confidence you can trust:
- Channel description and links —
high: the creator wrote the address on the channel itself. - Recent video descriptions —
highwhen the address is in three or more, or in two introduced as the contact;mediumwhen the words in front say it is the creator's own or its domain carries the channel's name; otherwiselowand only listed. A lone address is often a guest's or an agency's, so alowone never becomes the row'semail. - The channel's own website — read only when YouTube shows no address that counts. An address counts only if the page belongs to the channel and is on that domain (or is a free mailbox shown there). In a 1,000-channel run, 31 of 106 website addresses were on some other domain and were not delivered —
websiteScan: "not-own-site"tells you.
Only addresses written out plainly are read; one spelled "name at domain dot com", protected by a script or encoded in the source was hidden from harvesting and is left alone. An optional DNS check confirms the address's domain has mail servers — nothing is ever sent.

searchKeywords | Niches or topics, one per line — the channels YouTube ranks for each |
channels | Your own list to enrich: channel URLs, @handles or channel IDs |
discoverFrom · maxChannels · maxChannelsPerKeyword | Channel search / video search / both (default both) · total rows (default 50) · even share per keyword |
minSubscribers · maxSubscribers · countries | Subscriber range · country names or two-letter codes |
uploadedWithinDays · minMedianViews | Active channels only · median-views floor |
onlyWithEmail | Deliver a channel only if a public email was found (default off) |
scanWebsites · checkEmailDomains | Read the creator's own site when YouTube shows no address (default on) · DNS mail-server check (default on) |
onlyNewChannels · listName | On by default — skip creators delivered before; a name shares or resets that memory |

Measured data quality
Share of lead rows with a value, measured on the Apify platform on 2026-10-07:
| Field | Two niches, 10K+ subs (100) | Eight niches, no filter (1,000) |
|---|---|---|
| Public email | 53% | 35% |
| Country | 88% | 75% |
| Subscriber count | 100% | 96% |
| Recent-video figures (median, like rate) | 100% | 99% |
| At least one link of any kind | 86% | 62% |
| Unique channels | 100/100 | 1,000/1,000 |
Checked against YouTube after the run: 25 rows re-read gave identical handle, country, subscribers, join date, hidden-email flag, title and latest video (200 of 200 values), and all 12 emails that had come from YouTube's own pages were found there again; 25 of 25 URLs taken from rows led to what the row says. Of 100 channels, 80 keep an address behind YouTube's hidden-email button — and for 48 of those the Actor found a public one anyway.
Honest limits
- It never opens YouTube's "View email address" button — that needs a signed-in Google account and a CAPTCHA.
hasHiddenBusinessEmailtells you the address exists so you can open it by hand for the few channels that matter most. - Small channels rarely publish an address (18 of 264 channels under 1,000 subscribers). Use
minSubscribersoronlyWithEmailto pay only for reachable ones. - YouTube's feed service can be down for hours (observed 2026-10-08; reported recurring since December 2025). The Actor then reads the uploads list — rounded views, no likes or sponsor signals, flagged by
recentVideosSource— and looks for an address on two or three video pages instead of fifteen feed descriptions. - No hidden or obfuscated addresses, no transcripts, comments or downloads. Subscriber counts are YouTube's rounded figures.
- YouTube's search does not return the same channels on every request, and it can change its pages at any time; a value that cannot be read is
null.
Speed
A channel costs two small requests (About panel and feed), plus up to two website pages when YouTube shows no usable address. On the platform with the default 1 GB (2026-10-07): the prefilled 20-channel input took 4 to 7 seconds in nine of ten runs; 1,000 channels across eight keywords took 69 to 81 seconds (about 2,080 YouTube requests, none refused, plus ~320 website requests); one keyword followed to the end gave ~300 channels with 10,000+ subscribers in about 91 seconds out of ~870 found. A run the platform restarts continues from the rows it already delivered.
Pricing
Pay by what you get: a channel-lead-with-email event when the row has a public email, a channel-lead event when it has none. Status rows, channels that did not pass your filters, channels that could not be read, channels left for a later run and anything onlyWithEmail removes are all free. Each run also has Apify's run-start event. Current prices are on the actor's Pricing tab on Apify.
Build a creator outreach list: a niche in, reachable creators out — public email with source, links and the audience figures to rank them. Exportable to JSON, CSV or Excel.

Frequently asked questions
Where do the emails come from?
From the channel description, the channel's link list, the descriptions of its latest uploads and — when none of those has a usable address — the channel's own website. Every address carries its source, and only plainly-written public addresses are read.
Why does a channel show hasHiddenBusinessEmail: true but no email?
The creator stored an address behind YouTube's "View email address" button, which needs a signed-in Google account and a CAPTCHA. The Actor never logs in and found no usable public address elsewhere; the flag tells you the hidden address exists so you can open it by hand.
What share of channels have a public email?
53% of a two-niche run filtered to 10,000+ subscribers; 35% of an unfiltered eight-niche run of 1,000 channels. Small channels rarely publish one — 18 of 264 channels under 1,000 subscribers in our run — so minSubscribers and onlyWithEmail keep the list relevant.
Is the email the creator's own?
An address becomes the row's email only when the words in front of it say it is the creator's own or its domain carries the channel's name; a lone address in one video description is often a guest's or an agency's and stays listed only. A website address counts only on that site's own domain.
Can I run it on a schedule without getting the same creators again?
Yes. onlyNewChannels is on by default and remembers delivered channels under a listName, so re-running the same keywords brings only new creators. A killed run is made up for by the list's next run.
Using the data lawfully
The Actor reads only what YouTube and the creator show to every visitor who is not signed in — no login, no cookies, no CAPTCHA solving, no hidden addresses. Email addresses are personal data in many countries even when public, so anti-spam and data-protection rules (CAN-SPAM in the US, the GDPR and ePrivacy rules in the EU, and local equivalents) apply to your outreach, and your use should fit YouTube's terms.
