Kalshi prediction markets as data: implied probability, Yes/No odds and open interest
The Kalshi Scraper turns Kalshi into clean rows: every market with its implied probability, Yes/No bid-ask, last price, price change, volume and open interest — plus grouped events with their child markets. Kalshi is a US-regulated (CFTC) exchange, and this reads its public data with no API key, no login, no wallet.
Who it's for
- Traders and quants wanting a live probability feed for a dashboard or bot.
- Researchers and journalists browsing event contracts grouped by topic.
- Analysts pulling every market under one Kalshi series.
- AI agents billed per delivered record over x402.

Honest limits
- A snapshot, not trading — placing trades needs Kalshi's authenticated trading API; this delivers the public market snapshot (prices, volume, open interest), not tick-by-tick order-book depth.
- Prices are live each run — they reflect the latest Kalshi has posted.
- Events nest their child markets — the cleanest way to browse a topic.
Pricing
Pay per result: per delivered record, never for errors or empty results. Current prices are on the actor's Pricing tab on Apify.
Read a regulated prediction market: implied probabilities, Yes/No odds, volume and open interest — events or markets. Exportable to JSON, CSV or Excel.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an API key, login or wallet?
No. The Actor reads Kalshi's public trade API live on every run — no API key, no login, no wallet, no proxies to buy. Kalshi is a US-regulated (CFTC) exchange, and this reads its public data.
Is the price the probability?
Yes — Kalshi prices are 0 to 1 and equal the implied probability. The Actor exposes it directly, with the Yes/No bid and ask, the last price and the change from the previous price.
What are the two modes?
events (default; grouped events, each with its child markets nested, their prices, volume and open interest — the cleanest way to browse) and markets (one row per individual market with implied probability, Yes/No bid-ask, last price, change, volume and open interest).
Can I filter?
Yes — by status (open/closed/settled/unopened), by seriesTicker to focus on one series, and by minVolume (markets mode) to drop illiquid markets.
Does it place trades or give order-book depth?
No — placing trades needs Kalshi's authenticated trading API. This delivers the public market snapshot (prices, volume, open interest), not tick-by-tick order-book depth.
Using the data lawfully
The Actor reads publicly available, non-personal market data from Kalshi's public trade API. It collects no private data and requires no login. Use the output in line with applicable laws and Kalshi's terms, and follow the rules on prediction-market content that apply to you.
