Sports odds as the numbers bettors use: no-vig fair odds, the book's hold and line movement

The Sports Odds Scraper turns raw sportsbook lines into one clean row per game: the moneyline, spread and total, plus the fair win probability with the vig removed, the book's hold %, and how the line moved from open to now (a closing-line-value signal). Seven US leagues. The maths is already done — no raw American odds to convert. No API key, no login, no paid odds API.

Frequently asked questions

What is no-vig fair odds?

The vig (the book's built-in margin) stripped out of the two-way moneyline, leaving the true implied win probability for each side. The Actor computes it for you, along with the book's hold %, instead of handing you raw American odds to convert.

Do I need an API key or a paid odds API?

No. The Actor reads a public, keyless sports data source live on every run — no API key, no login, no paid odds API, nothing to configure.

What is the CLV signal?

Closing-line value: the opening line next to the current line for spread, total and moneyline, including the shift in fair probability — so you can measure how a line moved from open to now.

Is it a multi-book line-shopping tool?

No, by design. The source exposes one sportsbook's lines, so the Actor computes fair odds, hold and line movement from that single book — it is not a multi-book line-shopping or arbitrage tool.

Which leagues are covered?

NFL, NCAA Football, NBA, WNBA, NCAA Basketball, MLB and NHL. Choose the current scoreboard, a single date or a date range, filtered by scheduled, live or final.

Using the data lawfully

The Actor reads publicly available, non-personal sports-odds data from a keyless source. It collects no private or personal data. Use the output in line with applicable laws and the source's terms, and follow the gambling-advertising and age rules that apply to you.
