Korean local business leads from Naver Place, by keyword and region

In Korea, Naver Place (네이버 플레이스) is where local businesses live — the maps, reviews and booking layer Korean customers actually use. The Naver Place Scraper searches it: give it a Korean phrase like 강남 카페 (Gangnam cafes) and it returns the top businesses with their full public profile — name, category, phone, road address, hours, coordinates, visitor/blog review counts and score, and whether the business uses Naver booking or N-Pay. No login, no API key, no token.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Naver login or API key?

No. The Actor reads Naver Place's own server-rendered page data — no token to manage, no login, no API key — which keeps it robust when Naver changes its internals.

How do I search, and how many results per query?

Give a Korean phrase that is a region plus a category, e.g. 강남 카페 (Gangnam cafes) or 부산 병원 (Busan hospitals). Naver Place shows about 50 to 60 top results per query; for wide coverage run several district-level queries rather than one broad one.

Why is the phone missing for some businesses?

For sparse verticals like hair salons the phone is not in the list. Turn on enrichDetail to fetch each business's detail page and recover it — one extra request per enriched business.

What are hasBooking and hasNPay?

Flags showing whether the business uses Naver booking or N-Pay — buying signals that mark businesses already digitised, ideal POS/SaaS leads.

Can I map the results?

Yes — every row carries latitude and longitude as numbers, ready to plot a local market.

Using the data lawfully

The Actor reads Naver Place's public business profiles — no login, no personal user data. A phone or address is business contact information the business publishes; process any personal data with a lawful basis under applicable law (Korea's PIPA, the GDPR and marketing rules). Not affiliated with Naver.
