Trustpilot reviews by company: ratings, full text, author, date and language

The Trustpilot Reviews Scraper extracts customer reviews from Trustpilot by company — the star rating, review title, the full text, the author, the date and the language, plus the company's aggregate score and total review count. Give it a company domain (e.g. www.amazon.com) and get clean JSON, paying only per review returned. Trustpilot is anti-bot protected; the Actor handles access through an unblocking proxy — no cookies or logins.

Pricing

Pay per review returned; a typical company page yields ~20 reviews, and error and summary rows are free. A run that finds no new reviews since minDatePublished costs nothing for reviews. Current prices are on the actor's Pricing tab on Apify.

Monitor Trustpilot: ratings, full text, author, date and language by company, plus the aggregate score. Exportable to JSON, CSV or Excel.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Trustpilot login or API key?

No. You supply nothing but a company domain. There is no Trustpilot login, cookie or API key to provide; the Actor handles the anti-bot access for you through Apify's unblocking proxy.

How many reviews can I get for a company?

Up to a company's full public review history. Set maxReviews to 0 for everything, or a smaller number to cap the run. You are billed only per review actually returned (about 20 per page).

Can I get only new reviews since my last run?

Yes. Set minDatePublished to a date and the Actor returns only reviews published on or after it — ideal for scheduling a daily or weekly check that collects just the new ones.

Does it handle different languages and countries?

Yes. Each review carries its language, and Trustpilot's per-country sites are covered through the company domain you supply. Filter or segment by language after the run.

Which company do I enter, and can I do several at once?

Enter the company's Trustpilot domain, for example www.amazon.com. Pass several domains to collect reviews for a set of companies in one run — useful for competitive benchmarking.

Using the data lawfully

The scraper collects publicly available review data and does not access anything behind a login. You are responsible for using it in line with Trustpilot's Terms and applicable laws, including data-protection rules.
