Honest limits
- Contact depends on the registry — France, Czechia and the UK publish no company email/phone, so the Actor gives decision-maker names and firmographics instead, never an always-empty email column.
- Email coverage rises with company size in Mexico (~23% for the smallest firms to ~85% at 50+ staff) — use
minEmployeesas the contact lever. - An empty result finishes with a free status row that names the filter that emptied it; companies dropped by filters are never delivered or charged.
Pricing
Pay per result: you're charged for each delivered company row. Status rows are free and filtered-out companies are never charged. Data comes from free official APIs, so there's no proxy surcharge. Current prices are on the actor's Pricing tab on Apify.
Build a registry-grade B2B list: companies by country, sector and size, with decision-makers and published contact in one row. Exportable to JSON, CSV or Excel.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an API key or any setup?
No. You pick a country, a sector and a minimum size and run — no API key, no login, no proxy to supply. The Actor reads official public registries directly.
Which countries and registries are covered?
Official open-data registries: France (INSEE Sirene + INPI RNE), Mexico (INEGI DENUE), Czechia (ARES), the UK (Companies House) and Norway (Enhetsregisteret), with more being added. Each country's companies come straight from its government registry.
Why is there no email for France?
The French registry does not publish company email or phone. Rather than ship an always-empty column, the Actor gives you decision-maker names and firmographics for France, and contact details where the registry provides them (Mexico, Norway).
How do I get a contact-rich list?
In Mexico, set a minimum of 11+ or 51+ employees — contact coverage climbs sharply with size (measured ~23% email for the smallest firms to ~85% at 50+ staff). In France, use only-with-decision-maker for boardroom contacts.
Is it legal to use this data?
The sources are official open-data registries whose licences permit commercial reuse with attribution (France: Licence Ouverte / Etalab 2.0; Mexico: INEGI Términos de Libre Uso). Contact details are what companies themselves publish in those public registries — follow each licence's attribution terms.
Using the data lawfully
The sources are official open-data registries that permit commercial reuse with attribution; contact details are what companies publish in those public registries. Decision-maker names are personal data in a professional role — process them with a lawful basis under the GDPR and similar laws, and follow each licence's attribution terms.
