Europe company officers and directors: the people behind a company, from official registries
Company databases give you the company; sales, KYC and research need the decision-maker. The Europe Company Officers & Directors Scraper returns one row per officer — full name, role, the body they sit on, when they were appointed and left, birth year, country of residence, and the company's registration number with a link to its official registry page. Three official registries, one schema: France, Norway and Czechia. Search by company name or an exact registration number. No API key, no registry account, no browser.
Who it's for
- Sales teams turning a list of companies into named decision-makers with their role, ready for a CRM.
- KYC and onboarding — the statutory body, supervisory board and proxies, with a registry link per row as evidence.
- Change monitors comparing
appointedAtweek to week (Czechia) — a new board member is a trigger. - Due-diligence and entity-resolution teams using
birthYearplus the name to tell people apart.

Honest limits
- Three countries — chosen because all three publish officers through an official API with a name search. Poland is excluded: its register answers only for a KRS number you already have and its search is behind a bot wall.
- Appointment dates only in Czechia — France and Norway publish none, so
appointedAfterleaves their rows out and the run note says so;roleGroupChangedAtis the nearest Norwegian signal. - Only
birthYear, by design, not the full date of birth the registries publish; past terms and corporate officers are off by default. - A company with no public-register file (some sole traders) returns a free status row.
Pricing
Pay per event: $0.002 per delivered officer row, plus the per-run start event. Status rows are free, a role left out by your filters is never charged, and the same person found through two searches is charged once. Current prices are on the actor's Pricing tab on Apify.
Put a name next to a company: officers and directors from official registries, one row per person, with a registry link as evidence. Exportable to JSON, CSV or Excel.

Frequently asked questions
Which countries, and do I need an account?
France, Norway and Czechia — chosen because all three publish officers through an official API with no key, and allow a search by company name so you can start from a name you know. No account at any registry.
Do I get a date of birth?
No — only birthYear. The registries publish full dates; this Actor deliberately delivers the year alone, which is enough to tell two people with the same name apart without shipping a full identity record.
Why does appointedAfter return nothing for France and Norway?
Those registries don't publish an appointment date. Rather than invent one, the Actor leaves those rows out and the run note says so. For a Norwegian company, roleGroupChangedAt is the nearest thing.
Can I look up by registration number?
Yes — give exact numbers in companyIds (SIREN for France, organisasjonsnummer for Norway, IČO for Czechia), optionally prefixed with the country (CZ:00177041). Or search by company name in companyNames.
Is the data live?
Yes — every run reads the registries directly, with no snapshot in between. A target that delivers no row leaves a free status row saying why.
Using the data lawfully
The three sources are official open-data APIs published for reuse, including commercial reuse. These records name real people in their professional role as a company officer — treat the output as personal data: in the EU/EEA you need a lawful basis to process it. This Actor deliberately delivers only the year of birth, not the full date the registries publish.
